1. What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the Service:
- Account information — your email address and hashed password when you register
- API usage — which integrations you call, how many credits you use, and when
- Agent metadata — agent name, online/offline status, CPU and RAM metrics reported by your agent
- Execution logs — the slug called, status (success/failed), and duration. Input parameters are stored with sensitive fields (cookies, tokens, passwords) replaced with "***"
2. What we never collect
- Your login credentials — session cookies and auth tokens are stored locally on your machine only, in
~/.unrested/sessions/. They are never sent to our servers. - The data you retrieve — results from your automation runs are returned to you and not stored on our servers beyond what is temporarily needed for execution
- Third-party site passwords — we have no access to passwords for any site you automate
3. How we use your data
- To authenticate you and manage your account
- To enforce usage limits and billing
- To monitor service health and debug failures
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not use your data for advertising
4. Data retention
Execution logs are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained until you delete your account. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@tixl.ai.
5. Security
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and token-based authentication. Sensitive values are scrubbed before storage. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong password and keep your API key private.
